Phoenix Collateral Advisors is guided by its board of directors. The board is made up of experienced professionals that have an average of over 20 years in mortgage banking. This group consists primarily of business unit leaders from PCA's affiliated companies. This provides PCA with perspective in various areas of mortgage banking including servicing, real estate asset disposal and structured finance. Our board remains committed to successfully guiding PCA, while maintaining the highest regard for protection of client competitive advantage and the trade secrets of our business partners.

A founding member of Phoenix Collateral Advisors, Josh has been with the Phoenix companies for seven years. In running PCA since 2007, Josh specialized in mortgage and REO asset managment and surveillance with an emphasis on exception management and reporting. Prior to joining the Phoenix companies he was with the Murrayhill Company (now Clayton), directing his efforts on trustee and servicer oversight for private label MBS transactions. He has additional experience with internal audit for a large financial services organization. Josh has a B.S. in Finance/Real Estate from Colorado State University and a MBA with a concentration in business strategy and financial analysis from the University of Colorado.
