MAXIMIZE LOAN RECOVERY

Phoenix Collateral Advisors (“PCA”) principals have decades of experience in surveillance and credit risk management to provide our clients with best-in-class loan-level reviews.  PCA performs comprehensive loan-level reviews to understand all aspects of risk in the loan.  Our loan-level reviews are used by clients to price, acquire, and service the assets to maximize recovery on the asset.

Our loan-review services include the following types of reviews:

  • Repurchase Reviews for Rebuttals and Demands
  • Mortgage Insurance Claim Administration
  • Collateral Document Reviews
  • Incentive Auditing
  • Compensatory Fee Reviews
  • Servicing and Pay History Reviews

IDENTIFY, TRACK AND RESOLVE

Unlike most of our competitors, PCA does not simply report our findings and move on to the next engagement.  The key to improved financial and operational performance is the commitment to not only identify issues but recommend resolutions and track the issue until resolution.  Of course, we will provide monthly progress reporting along the way to keep you informed of the progress.

CUSTOMIZED REVIEWS

PCA tailors each review to ensure the client’s objectives are met.  We provide standard scopes of reviews based on decades of experience and industry practices but also take into account the client’s objectives, product seasoning and type, data quality and access to servicing records, loan documents and other resources.

TECHNOLOGY

PCA developed and offers its clients a proprietary interactive web-based technology platform with fully capable asset management and reporting capabilities. This secure technology is web-based and quickly integrates Servicer data files, which can contain hundreds of fields to create a near real-time reporting package. The reporting suite includes over 70 individual reports.

REPORTING

PCA provides two types of reporting on all reviews including a report with detailed loan specific findings, exceptions and commentary.  PCA also provides detailed observations about the loan, sample population, and overall commentary and recommendations.
