  • Conducted collateral document inventory for a number of non-performing whole loan buyers including curing of collateral exceptions prior to loan boarding.
  • Provided ongoing surveillance of the default management to ensure that the servicer, attorneys and other vendors were adhering to best practices and efficient timelines. Provided attorney and servicer scorecards and benchmarking.
  • Provided ongoing surveillance of whole loan pools to ensure proper loss mitigation that met best practices, investor mandates and regulatory guidance.


PCA provides two types of reporting on all reviews including a report with detailed loan specific findings, exceptions and commentary. PCA also provides detailed observations about the loan, sample population, and overall commentary and recommendations.



PCA developed and offers its clients a proprietary interactive web-based technology platform with fully capable asset management and reporting capabilities. This secure technology is web-based and quickly integrates Servicer data files, which can contain hundreds of fields to create a near real-time reporting package. The reporting suite includes over 70 individual reports.
