Our History
PCA was created to provide portfolio oversight on a residential whole-loan scratch & dent portfolio. With this experience PCA has grown into the role of performing surveillance on various asset classes and portfolio structures.
The creation of PCA was a natural marriage between the analytics capabilities of Phoenix Capital Inc. & Phoenix Analytic Services Inc. and the loan default management experience of Phoenix Asset Management, LLC (formerly AssetOne Marketing Group, LLC). Despite its relationship with these affiliated companies, Phoenix Collateral Advisors operates as an independent company and with the highest regard for protection of client competitive advantage, business partner trade secrets and non-public (borrower) information.
