Phoenix Collateral Advisors (“PCA”) is a residential mortgage servicing and loan-level surveillance firm. PCA was initially formed in 2005 to assist a large global investment bank in managing a $1 billion portfolio of non-performing mortgage loans. Since its inception, PCA has performed surveillance and asset management on a variety of mortgage servicing platforms, portfolios and product types.
Additionally, through its Servicer Oversight solution, PCA assists clients with ongoing operational execution. PCA’s approach is centered on robust Analytics, direct Servicer Oversight, and loan-level Intervention.
PCA maintains a deep specialization in the areas of default loan servicing (Collections, Loss Mitigation and Timeline Management) and property disposition (Short-Sale, Deed in Lieu and REO).
PCA conducts ongoing surveillance on client portfolios to ensure compliance with Servicing Agreements, Industry Best Practices and Regulatory requirements such as CFPB, GSE and the National Mortgage Settlement servicing standards. PCA’s surveillance and loan-level intervention improves loan performance and servicing quality to maximize ROI for our clients.
